How many classes should I do per week?

You will definitely see results doing one class per week, you will build strength and learn new skills. If you want to progress faster we recommend doing 2 classes per week. Why not mix it up and do a dance class and level class, or a flex class and level class. There are discounts for consecutive classes.

How do I know which class is right for me?

Your teacher will assess you and let you know if you are ready to move to the next level. If you have done pole at another studio, we can organise for a teacher assessment before enrolling to make sure you are enrolling in a class that is suitable for you strength and skill level.

Can I do a casual class?

We have a number of classes that can be taken casually, such as Pole Class, Flex and Chair. However levelled courses cannot be taken as casual classes because a routine it taught over the 8 weeks and skills and strength for tricks need to be learnt gradually during the course.

What if I miss a class?

We recommend you try not to miss your class if possible because there may not always be room in an alternative class for a catch up. However, if you do miss a class you can do a catch up class in the same level class at another day and time provided there is space available in the nominated class. Alternatively, you can choose to do a non-level class such as pole dance or flex. Catch ups must be used in the same term and cannot be carried over to the following term. If you do not use your catch ups in the same term they cannot be refunded or credited.
