Catch Up Classes

To be eligible for a catch up class you need to provide a minimum 6 hrs notice of non-attendance of your class. Why do we require notice? We hold a spot in the class for you and if you cannot attend this spot can be used by another student. If you don’t provide us with sufficient notice then we cannot allow other students to take your spot and we will mark it as though you have attended the class. We recommend you try not to miss your class if possible because there may not always be room in an alternative class for a catch up. However, if you do miss a class you can do a catch up class in the same level class at another day and time provided there is space available in the nominated class. Alternatively, you can choose to do a non-level class such as pole dance or flex. Catch ups cannot be done in a different levelled class eg if you are Int 1 you cannot join the Beginners class. Catch ups must be used in the same term and cannot be carried over to the following term. If you do not use your catch ups in the same term they cannot be refunded or credited.

Casual Classes

Casual classes need to be booked and paid for in advance of attending the class. Classes can be booked and paid for online. Levelled classes cannot be done as casual classes. If you cannot attend your class 6 hours notice is required in order for us to allow you to reschedule the class. If sufficient notice is not provided we will mark it as though you have attended the class.
