We have a simple pricing structure for all our courses (8 x weekly class). The first course per 8 week term is at full price and any additional courses per term are at the reduced additional course price, eg if you booked into Beginners and Chair Dance it would be $250 for Beginners course and $150 for additional Chair course ie $400 for 8 week term for 2 classes per week.
We have changed our price structure for Term 6 and specialty classes eg Sultry Flow & Intro to Sultry require a separate membership to book classes. See below for further details.

Payment & Refund Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance being charged to card on file 15 days after initial purchase or first week of the term (whichever is sooner). If course fees are not paid in full by the end of week 2 of term then your place in the course cannot be held. If balance remains outstanding you will not be able to attend classes. Deposits paid prior to the commencement of the course are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Please choose carefully as refunds or the transfers of course fees to another term will not be permitted. This also applies to fees for casual classes and workshops. If you provide less than 6 hours notice of non attendance for a casual class you will not be given a catch up.
Pole Class Pty Ltd may change or cancel a class or course if minimum class numbers are not met. In the event of a class or course being cancelled, every effort will be made to offer a class on an alternative day and time. If we are not able to offer a suitable alternative class, a refund will only be granted at the discretion of Pole Class Pty Ltd.
Pole Class Pty Ltd advertise classes with instructors, there may be occasions when the instructor needs to be replaced with an alternative instructor. Refunds will not be granted where the advertised instructor is replaced with a new instructor.
Catch up classes
We recommend you try not to miss your class if possible because there may not always be room in an alternative class for a catch up. To be eligible for a catch up class you need to provide a minimum 6 hrs notice of non-attendance of your class. Why do we require notice? We hold a spot in the class for you and if you cannot attend this spot can be used by another student. If you don’t provide us with sufficient notice then we cannot allow other students to take your spot and we will mark it as though you have attended the class. If you book a catch up class and do not provide more than 6 hours notice of non attendance the class will be forfeited.
However, if you do miss a class you can do a catch up class in the same level class at another day and time provided there is space available in the nominated class. Alternatively, you can choose to do a non-level class such as pole dance or flex. Catch ups must be used in the same term and cannot be carried over to the following term. If you do not use your catch ups in the same term they cannot be refunded or credited.
