Looking for a new and exciting way to get in shape? Come try our $20 beginners trial pole dance class!
Our class is designed for beginners, so no experience is necessary. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the basics of pole dancing, including spins, climbs, and transitions. You’ll build strength and endurance while having fun and feeling confident.

We offer $20 Trial Classes in Week 1 and 2 of every Term. Our new term starts Monday 30 October, you can book into a trial class now!
If you book in for the 8 week term we will deduct the $20 trial class from your term fees. We also give all new beginners who sign up for the 8 week term 2 additional free casual classes to try one of our beginner friendly classes such as flex, static or chair.
To book a trial class, click your preferred time below and select “Book without Membership” to pay by credit card or you can book using our $20 Beginner Class pass
Our next trial class will be on Monday 27 November we have a beginner mini term $125 for 4 weeks. If you book a $20 trial class for 27 November and sign up for the 4 week term we will deduct the cost of the trial class from your mini term fees.

FAQ
I am not strong enough, can I still do it?
Yes you can! No one is strong when they start pole dancing, that is why we do it, to get stronger and fitter, in a fun, supportive and friendly environment. We will teach you moves that will gradually increase your strength week after week.
What do I wear?
Shorts and tee/tank as you will need to grip the pole with your knees. Shoes are not required, most beginners dance in bare feet. We recommend not using hand or body moisturiser on the day of your class as it can affect your grip.
What do I bring?
A water bottle and hand towel. Bring a yoga mat if you want for warm up (optional).
