BEGINNER CLASSES

Beginners 8 week courses will start in
Term 6 (commencing week starting 14 October) $120 for 8 weeks

We are offering our beginners courses for $120 per 8 week term.
This is a special offer for Beginners classes only.
All other classes are at our standard rate of $255 for your first 8 week course and $150 for additional 8 week course.
If you have booked a beginners course and want to take an additional course such as flex or static pole you can book an additional 8 week course for $150.
Int 1 and above courses will be at our standard course rate of
$255 for the first 8 week course and $150 for additional 8 week course.
I have no upper body strength
No one is strong when they start pole dancing, that is why we do it, to get stronger and fitter, in a fun, supportive and friendly environment. We will teach you moves that will gradually increase your strength week after week.
What do I wear?
Shorts and tee/tank as you will need to grip the pole with your knees. Shoes are not required, most beginners dance in bare feet. We recommend not using hand or body moisturiser on the day of your class as it can affect your grip.
What do I bring?
A water bottle and hand towel. Bring a yoga mat if you want for warm up (optional).
